When you book an appointment with us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and — because we're a therapy practice — health-related details you choose to share (medical history, injury notes, problem area) so your therapist can prepare safely for your session.
What we use it for: scheduling your appointment, contacting you about it, and helping your therapist understand your condition. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Where it's stored: your booking details are stored securely with Supabase (Postgres database with row-level access controls), accessible only to clinic staff and admins.
This practice is based in Singapore and handles personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before. Within 24 hours, a fee applies.
To cancel or reschedule, contact us using the details below as early as possible.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Please arrive on time — late arrival may shorten your session to keep the schedule fair to other clients.
- Please provide accurate contact and health information when booking; this helps us serve you safely and reach you if needed.
- We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking, including for safety reasons outlined below.
Our services (sports massage, deep tissue massage, physiology assessment) are intended for general wellness and recovery support. They are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical condition, injury, or are pregnant, please consult your doctor before booking, and let us know when booking.
Your therapist may decline or adjust treatment if disclosed information suggests it isn't safe to proceed.
